🔥 How to Apply

Heat Press: 300–320 °F (149–160 °C), 15–20 s, medium pressure. Cool peel.
Household Iron: cotton/linen setting, 20–30 s with a press cloth. Repeat as needed.
Sewing (optional): add corner tacks or full stitch for heavy-wear items.

Not recommended for nylon/delicate fabrics. Test on scrap when in doubt.
