Before CustomMetalBusinessCards.com existed, the foundation was already being built through years of graphic design, fabrication, branding, and creative production work.

Founder Michael spent over a decade working in music, merchandise design, visual branding, and creative marketing — developing the design experience that would later shape the company’s approach to engraved metal business cards.

Designing album artwork, promotional material, merchandise, and visual branding systems eventually evolved into something physical: premium engraved products designed to leave a lasting real-world impression.

In October 2020, the workshop officially began with CNC fabrication, custom projects, equipment restoration, and hands-on manufacturing work before eventually expanding into laser engraving in 2021.

Out of more than 70 custom products created during those early years, one product unexpectedly changed everything: laser engraved metal business cards.

Demand rapidly scaled from occasional custom orders into thousands of engraved cards shipped across the United States, leading to expanded production systems, upgraded laser equipment, and optimized engraving workflows.
